Ive done everything
20 vigilante missions (2.5%)
200 flying rats (2.5%)
50 jumps (2.5%)
All random charaters and missions for them (5%)
30 vehicles to garage (2%)
All main missions and procedural missions (68%)
All abilities unlocked and all activities done once with everyone (10%)
30 most wanted done (2.5%)
Beaten a computer or friend at all activeties once (5%)
Ive looked for all the random characters again, done all jumps, looked 4 all flying rats, done a extra vigilante missions, done all activities again etc
And yet I still have 98.75% any tips on what I mite of missed
I have not cheats once
Please help ASAP

Ive Done All Activies Twice Just To Make Sure
Ive Got The Guide For It And Ive Been To Every Random Characters Location
Ive Spent 12 Hours Trying To Get From 98.75% To 100% :@

If you look on the cheats page, this is what you have to do:
Complete ALL 90 story and procedural missions to get 68% complete.
Complete ALL 30 car thefts to get an additional 2%.
Complete ALL 50 stunt jumps to get an additional 2.5%.
Complete ALL 20 vigilante crimes to get an additional 2.5%.
Kill ALL 30 people on the list to get an additional 2.5%.
Collect ALL 200 pigeons (flying rats) to get an additional 2.5%.
Beat friends or computers at every activity to get an additional 5%.
Find ALL random characters and complete their missions to get an additional 5%.
Excluding Roman or Dwayne get ALL your friend's special abilities and do ALL their activities to get an additional 10%. ----
It seems you've done everything.
There has to be something you've missed somewhere.
Otherwise, you should have beaten the game 100%.
Youv've gone over the jumps, rats and police computer, so go over everything else.
Also, if you havent already, get all your friends to 100% like

Did you beat the high score in QUB3D? That counts as one of the beat friends at a game portion (5%), and since it is one fourth of the 5%, that would make your 1.25% needed for the complete.

I'm not sure but I think the thing you migh missed out is that you need to win and beat every activities e.g. Darts or bowling alo go to every activite on the three ilands
