Calling a Taxi

How do you call a Taxi? It says in the manual that "a cab will hail at the sound of a whistle" but, how do you whistle?

Press lb and you will whistle hold y to get into the passenger seat or else you will get arrested for hijacking.

Press LB with a Taxi near by, and you will hail a taxi. Go up to it, and hold 'Y' to get in as a passenger, otherwise you'll hijack the car, accidently.

When near a cab, press the LB button, and you will hear niko whistle.

When the cab stops, hold Y until niko gets in the back of the cab. You then have to click where you want to go, from the options on the screen in the cab.

Udon't have to whistle I found out if you just hold y you will go in and if others in cab they go bye bye 8D

Press Lb(leftbumper)to whistle.If you whistle to a full taxi,they will not stop for you.Soooooo,if the taxi is emtpy,whistle and then hold Y.But,you might have to get to a certainmission,im not sure.

Yoy have to Press LT acctually, and once the EMPTY cab stops just hold down Y to get into the BACK seat.

You have to wait until this ability is unlocked before it works. You get it really early however.

You first have too wait until roman calls you and he says that you need to wokr for him for driving people around with a cab after that you can ride a cab yourself and then you hust pres LB and then the cab stops if it's empty then you go too the cab and hold Y to enter the cabs backseat

U can still can in the taxi if som1 in it just hold y near it and niko will pull the passager out the car and you will get in a no cops will come

When you get Vlads first mission it tells you how to hail a cab. You can't do it before this but the mission is very early on in the game so you don't have to wait too long for it.

And you have to press LB when near a taxi and then HOLD Y, he'll get into the back seat. If you just tap Y he still steals the car.
