Well, you are talking about a Grand Theft Auto game here, and since Grand Theft auto has always focused on these things my answer is yes. I say that yes, there will be nudity in the new Grand Theft Auto game because you will see women that are willing to give them self to you on the street, and you can take several visits to the strip club, like it showed in the new trailer. As for the sex, again I will have to give you a yes. You will not be able to see it, just like in the other games, but you will be able to see the car shaking so yes, there will be implied sex. in my gta iv i used to be able to move the camera around and see them, but now i cant. Im not sure if this has some thing to do with the settings or it has been cut out of it?

You can go to strip clubs, which have girls with tape over their nipples, and a thong, but I am yet to see nudity.
You can have sex with girlfriends, however.
You cantwatch though, so if thats what you were after then unfortunatelly for you, no :D
