No. If you look on the back of the case, if it doesn't have co-op 2-4 written in green, it's not possible.

No you can't it would be cool though but you can't sorry.check the back of the case and in green it tells how many.it only says 1/2 players

No in order to play with a total of 4 players you need 2 Xbox 360's or play on Xbox live. 2 players per Xbox, to have 5 total players you need 3 Xbox 360's.
