There was an outbreak where some guy found out how to get one and told you how to, he also sold them off. But Epic already found out and fixed it. You might be able to get one from the guy on YouTube, but it will cost a lot of whatever he wants. I think you level up by playing a lot of matches and winning as much as possible.

A Golden Gnasher may be gained by leveling up to the highest level in online multiplayer.

To level up you need to get a great Winning Ratio and Kill Ratio averaged together. You receive the Golden Gnasher when leveled to the highest level on Xbox live.
