Question for Gears of War
Ive been playing gears since about the time it came out and I recently started playing gears online. I was playing ranked and I was going for my chainsaw ahievment and execution achievment and when I achieved the set number of kills I didnt recieve the achievements. If anyone could help me please reply here or on xbox live my gamertag is cabboseguy083 please help me!?!!?!!

The problem is, when the new achievements and maps came out 4 Gears of war, the achievments were set 2 unlock after you unlocked another 1. For example, you were going 4 the chainsaw achievement. In order 2 get that you would have to either keep playing ranked matches 4 like 4+ hours after you got the achievement or you just have 2 get another 1 to unlock the chainsaw.

Lol bloodbrotherJJ is right. The acheivments are a little wierd sometimes. Theres a lot of contributing factors to them. Like some kills get "glitched" which means for some reason they werent counted, and that could be due to lag, or a bug in their system making it not count the kill. Also depending on if you quit the match, based on how many rounds were left in the game, some or all of your kills might not be counted. And the kills are only counted if a certain amount of people are in the game, and I'm pretty sure the minimal people required is 5 total I think. And I know you have to have at least 6 people in the room, but if they quit and don't leave at least 5 (again I'm not sure it's 5 but I think it is) then the kills don't count for the achievment.
