First of all you must shoot RAAM with the torquebow(if you don't have one there is one in the train car before the fight.)to get the Kryll off of him and then shoot him
as many times and as long as you can with your Lancer(chainsaw gun).Do this long enough and you'll see a short video when RAAM falls to the ground followed
by the final scene.(He was an easy final boss even on insane)

The only way that I have found is grab the sniper and pick up all the ammo then book it out there to face him. If Dom dies don't worry it doesn't matter. Stay behind the first cover cement block and right when the the kryll come off him take out the sniper and start blating him. Remember to get perfect reloads for the damage boost and just keep unloading on him, this should take about 7-11 shots. When he gets to close book it out of cover and run for the light where he started from. If he sends the kryll after you just get cover behind one of the small cement blocks. This may take a couple of times but it is rekitivly easy.

No 1 you don't need the talkbow
No2 General RAAm I a female, sheis the queen of he locust horde, hjowmany times have I seen people put him and he on these Q and A
No3 there is no torquebow in the cart before you face RAAM
Grab the sniper ammo and after the cutscene, tak aim at ther head, when the kryl move let rip and put a clip of lancer ammo intoher head(watch the recoil)
Repeat this until she gets close then run to the other side(roadie run or the kryll will kill you) ten repeat, do not I repeat DO NOT use the minigun turret because it is in total drakness and the kryll will have an easy target. Good tip when she stops firing nail her and when she is just about to tur the corner to face you on the opposite side, thats when to run.
And b aware that she uses one of those TROIKA heavy machine guns so if yo are a good target you will get minced

All right, 1st off, nobody listen to Darktrooper166. No 1 - the "torque bow" not talkbow, is a good weopon because it removes the kryll for Gen. RAAM for a short time, which cause your shots to deal more damage. No 2 - Gen. RAAM is not a female, but a male, and HE is not the queen of the locust horde. Defeat the game and watch the full ending to confirm this. No 3 - there is a torque bow in the car before you face RAAM. It is on the right side of the car across from the sniper rifle before the pole. if you are playing by yourself, you should grab the torque bow and sniper rifle. The lancer really doesn't do enough damage, especially on hardcare and insane, for you to keep it. Hopefully, you are decent with headshots and active reloads, they are a must on insane. Actions are simple, shot the torque, hopefully a headshot, then try to get 2-3 active reloads with the sniper, then repeat. If he gets too close, run to the opposite side of the train, and repeat the process. If you need help, grab a friend, or host an online game.
