I have seen those too, and every time I saw one (HINT HINT!!!) I found a Cog Tag in the area.

It took me a while to fit too it means that a gog tag is near w they lead to acheivments nothing else though

Hey. It means that theres a close cog taf near by by the side or the car etc.by the way if your having trouble finding a cog tag go to gears of war cogtaghelp
