Sorry to tell you this but the part after the prison is still act 1
Anyway you gotta use torque bow and if you don't have that use long shot rifle
Or evan a pistol.

Easiest when doing co-op. Say Dom distracts with boltok or whichever he has most ammo in, then Marcus runs by the broken gate and then distracts, while Dom goes in.
