I was just like you, I had no money or cars. What I did and am now driving racecars is to race the races you can. Do the same race until your driving skill goes up enough to win a car. Use that car and do a new race with it. Once you start to unlock new cars do more race and then get more money. Some of the cars you win for FREE, are awesome driving cars. That's what I did, hope it helps!

GET AT LEAST 20,000 CREDITS AND GO TO BUY CARS AND GO BUY THE CHEVY CAMERO SS THEN EXIT OUT AND GO TO BUY UPRADES GO TO ENGINE AND POWER GO ALL THE WAY TO THE RIGHT AND GO TO POWERTRAIN SWAP BUY THE LS7 POWERTRAIN AND THEN GO BACK TO THE ORIGINAL POWERTRAIN AND INSTALL IT NOW GO OVER TO THE ONE YOU JUST BOUGHT AND CLICK RT+X FAST AND YOU SHOULD GET AT LEAST 35K EACH TIME I DID IT AND I NOW HAVE 50 MILLION CREDITS
