You can't get cars for a cheap price. But hey, the next best thing is upgrade discounts.

You can't get cars for a cheap price but to get money fast later on in your campaign is to upgrade the car you really want and if it cost a bunch of money upgrade to the max and after the last races in the game go to garage and sell that car but build another after you get all the Discount Signs and save the upgrades in a tuning kit and then apply to the other car to get
