Any tips for bicycle kick achievement?

I seem to be having alot of trouble scoring a bicycle kick. If anybody could give me any advice it would be appreciated.

Here your looking at a rebound from the keeperm, or cross it behind one of your player using LB and X. I always hold B to do the bycicle kick, like con't tap, just hold. That's ky technique though. ;)

Try crossing it behind the player with lb. Then you hold b.
