I am stuck on a mission. My objective is to free a captive from the locked structure in eht Dogon Sediko. When I kill everyone and unlock the door and then leave the site, the mission is still showing up on my map as not completed. When I return the captive is still in the unlock room. Can anyone tell me how to complete the mission?

Well, I'm assuming you have stumbled across a glitch. When you release the captive, the mission should end right then and there. Plus, the captive usually leaves the small, locked room they were in and waits in the room outside of it, messing around with their cell phone or a map.
