After talking to Mr House go over to the computer terminal to the left on a wall and activate open door a secret wall should open and you will be able to get to mr house that way then you should see an elevator activate the terminal to unlock the lift and then take it down and then you should see mr house at the end of a corridor activate the computer to lift mr house out of the crotube then do what you like to kill him you can electicute him it's an option on the computer.
Might I recommend killing mr house's robots first otherwise they will kill you everytime.

You could always just use a Stealth Boy when doing it. It'd be much easier than killing the robots.

There is a computer in the back of his room. It opens a secret door to his chamber where you can kill him.
