If you finish the Dead Money add on it will open if you go in and go to the end of the cave it looks like it's blocked off but to the right there is an opening it will say leave the Mojave Wasteland if you press the button nothing will happen I have heard that it is for another add on.

You need the Honest Hearts DLC, then the mission will start in there, then you will go to a place called Zion, and that's all I'm telling you because I don't want to ruin it for you
