Yes but your lock pick skills if im correct have two be atleast at 50.What i did is was once the outsides guards wet to the other side of the building i picked the gate lock closed it behind me then proceed two the front door pick that lock once your in make sure your in squat pistion 9 times out of 10 you will see three gunners inside hide until they go to where there going then proceed to the room stright ahead you will find two wepaons in mint condition you have about 50 seconds before they return my advice is dont kill the gun runners because they sell top quialty weapons.
