Question for Fallout 3
On the mission the waters of life at the very end of the mission where doctor li has to climb up the ladder through the manhole to the citadel she stops at the base of the ladder she just stands there and the only thing she says is we have to hurry and all you can reply is I have to go please help I've been stuck for almost a year

First off, use the periods and stuff, you confused me at first. If this is right outside the citadel in the sewers after the enclave take over the jefferson memorial, then you have to go back and make sure everybody is there. I got stuck one time and she wouldn't leave until I had the mechanic guy there.
