Question for Fallout 3
I went into the super duper mart doing the quest but there were raiiders inside so I couldnt get the medicine becasue there where to many how do you get the medicine or get the raiders to leave

Kill them, there will be traps everywhere. Once you take them out, try and deactivate all the traps.

You basically need to kill off all of the raiders - take out as many as you can then retreat outside, heal up, rearm ammo and return until it is cleared.
