I Am asking this question because I am the type of person who likes keeping special weapons in full condition.How well does the MPLX Novasurge Special plasma pistol Fare in Battle?

It has pretty good power, but I think it's a bit worse than average than most weapons in terms of condition wear.

Well it shoots 3 E. Cells and each one does about 80-100 damage, but thats in my game. I have a damage glitch where a lead pipe does like 400 damage but I got the Novasurge before the glitch so that should be about right.
