I think this is where you need the keller holotapes, 5 or them, to open

superbird5005 answered:

You need to find all five Keller Holotapes to open this steel door. We have a walkthrough for this.

imaloony8.0 answered:

You need to find the five Keller Holotapes scattered across the wastelands. Look for the walkthrough to find them, they're not particularly hard to find, none in the pits of the Deathclaw Sanctuary or anything like that.

Inside the door is a Glowing One and the Experimental MIRV, which shoots eight mini-nukes in a shotgun like blast. It's the most overpowered weapon in the game and is even overkill for the behemoth, but you need eight mini-nukes for every shot.

HotBarrel42 answered:

You need the Five Keller Holotapes.

drafter answered:

Accutally you only need four
