Energy Weapons Bobblehead??
I already escaped raven rock in the story without getting the energy weapons bobblehead...so is there any other way to get it without starting a new game.

Unfortunately not. Once it's blown up you can't get it again.

No, you can't get back in, you have to start a new game if you want it

Sorry to say but there is no way to get that bobble-head now that raven rock has blown up and is now sealed shut tight.

You could always restart your last game save. That would work like time travel.
