What now?
I've defeated the super behemoth in the part where you are looking for your dad, and you are at the GNS(or whatever it's called). In my game, the doors to the radio station need a key. What do I do now to get inside the building and talk to three dogs(or whatever his name is)?

Near the doors, there is an intercom on the wall. Use the intercom to talk to three dog and he will let you in

Try talking on the intercom by the door. If that doesn't work there should be a pile of rubble on the right side of the radio station. Climb it and there should be a side door on the balcony, but you need 100 lockpick skill to open it.

Like some will have a lv. 100 lock pick that early in the game, but go to the intercom and talk to person and they will let you in.
