Three Dog

I have met Three Dog, fixed the sattelite, and am back at the front doors of GNR Studios. I am trying to get back in the door, however, it is red and says it requires a key to get in. I have tried the intercom to the right of the door multiple times, and the guy says the door is open, and to quit buzzing him. How do I get back in to talk to Three Dog????

There should be a pile of rocks to the right of the studio. If you climb it you can get on the balcony and there is a side door. The catch is you have to have 100 lockpick skill.

It must be a glitch. Have you tried restarting your game? Do all those parts over then get to the part you are and see if it does the same thing. If it does, trade your game in for a different disk.
