When your doing the pitt mission all you guns ammo money are taken away then after the mission where your fighting to get your freedom it ask you to get your things or go talk to the boss about joining his crew or stealing the cure, so I am trying to find my things but I can't find them I go to where the arrow in the mill but still can't find it I went up stairs to the bottom where you get fights but still can't find nothing so I completed the story line on the pitt and the arrow to get my things are gone did I lose my things or what

There is a metal footlocker in the room where you go to fight. That is where all your stuff is. It should be there, but if it isn't then your stuff is gone.
