Broken Bow
That pending answer to my last question was great, thanks. Only problem is, I have no clue where the broken bow is at all. Let's say I'm standing at the entrance of the ship next to those two doors (staircase and something else). Where do I go from there?

There are two parts of the ship. One is Rivet City and one is never used. You can:
A: Go through Rivet City and go to the Top Deck and jump into the broken bow.
B: Follow the outside of the ship by swimming on the outside until you find it.

There is a YouTube video that shows you how to get A3-21's plasma rifle and the wired reflexes perk. You have to go to the Broken Bow to get it so it leads you to the same place. Just go to YouTube and type in (without quotations) "fallout 3 A3-21's plasma rifle" and just watch the video. That should show you how to get to the Broken Bow.

While looking at the two doors, look to the right. There's the bow of the ship that has been broken off. There are two ways to enter, either from the side of the ship (My prefered entry) and it's hard to miss, as it's the only door on that side of the ship and there's even a path leading up to it. The only problem with this entrance is that you need a lockpick skill of 100 to gain entry. However, this is a small price, as you don't need to swim through water, and you'll start out next to some ammo, a scoped .44 magnum and some aid items. Beware, as there's also a frag mine next to this entrance, and you'll still need to be cautious in the ship, as there are six or more mirelurks in the ship.
The other method is more annoying. Swim in between the two halves of the ship and turn to the half that IS NOT Rivet City. Below the water on the far right it an underwater entrance and requires no lockpick to enter, however, you will need to swim through a lot of underground routes, so make sure to look for pockets of air to catch a breath.
