keller family transcripts

Can anyone tell me where to find keller family transcripts 1 and 5? I have no 2 and directions to find 3 and 4 from the interactive map.

Number 1 is at the VAPL-58 Power station. Well, not exactly INSIDE it, but very close to it. First of all, if you go into the station, on top of the ceiling light closest to the door, if you jump you should get a mini nuke. That should help when you get the MIRV. The actual transcript is north of the station. I believe three of the metal towers that are supposed to hold the power lines up you should find a tower for the lines that has a wall around the base. There might be a couple of ghoul wastelanders in there, but no problem. On the bookshelf inside that walled off area there should be the transcript.

Number 5 is north of the Anchorage Memorial. Across the river, there should be a truck and a tent. Go there, and be prepared to fight a couple of Super Mutants and Centaurs. In the tent on the table should be a transcript. Also, there's a wasteland captive there if you're interested.
