Tennpenny tower
Ok....i refused to blow up megaton for burke..so I didnt get a place in tennpenny tower. Is there any other way to get a room there? And another thing. I talked to mr tennpenny about letting the gouls move in. He says if the residents agree then they can. I asked the residents and I couldnt get a few people to let them in. Any other way I can convince them?

I don't think there is any other way to get a room there unless you blow up megaton, if you try the speech option on the residents to allow the ghouls to live there you will need a good speech level, I could only get them to agree with a speech level no lower than 65.
You may have to wait on that quest until you get a high speech level, or let the ghouls in though the escape tunnels. I heard one poster say he killed all the residents him / her selfe and that worked also.

If you have the house in megaton, then no, you can't get the Tenpenny Tower Suite, sorry.
You should have done that quest when you had a higher speech level, but some people you can't convince there are ways to get them to leave or kill those who don't want the ghouls, or you can just kill them. If you don't want to get caught, put on a stealth boy, and when you attack, make sure the thing at the top of your screen when sneaking says [HIDDEN] and make sure you kill them in one shot. The Sniper Rifle or the Alien Blaster probably works well here.

I got in from the balconey, to the left of Mr.tenpenny.(the back door) But I don't think there are any themes for it if you already have a house in megaton. Theres a butler,safe, bed....no key for front door unless you blo up megaton.
