XP Points
Once I ranked up to 20 I do not earn xp points anymore for missions or hacking computers and killing people. Does anyone no why or how I can get more points??

Level 20 is the level cap of the game. That means that level 20 is the highest level you can reach in the game, so once you reach it you won't gain any more experience points for doing anything. In one of the future DLC's for the game, I believe the level cap will be raised, but for now, you can't get any higher than 20.
