About this training
Hi again
I'v got to the radio place and this guy says that you can get training to use the armor and helmet you pick up from one of those dead good fight soldiers. But he says that you can get permission from this guy at the lad but where is the lab? Can't find it also once I'v got permission who do I go to for training??

The guy who trains you in Power Armor Training is Sergeant Gunnery (or Gunney). And he is usually found in the courtyard, not in the lab.

You can pick up and store / repair power armor but you can only wear it once you are trained by the guy at citidal. Inorder to gain entrance to the citidal you must follow the main quest... Searching for your dad. [ I think it's called the water of life ], you will come to a part in the quest where you escort dr li and others through a tunnel and you will gain entrance to the citidal.

The "Lab" is in the Citadel. You can only gain access to this after completing the story quest, "The Waters of Life". Afterwards, just talk to the leader of the BoS, and ask for permission for Power Armor training. He'll let you, so now go find Sergeant Gunnery. He's usually supervising training out in the courtyard during the day. Just ask him, and as long as you got permission, he'll train you and you'll get the perk to wear the Power Armor.
