If you are talking about the cave with the Mirelurk king, then you have to swim across to the other side and then swim underneath the rock and you will come out near to the talking tree.
I suggest you wear some sort of radiation suit (if possible) and turn your PIP Boy light on.

Just keep goin through the cave and use the pipboy to find the exit
