100 lock picks means that you need to pick 100 different locks. To pick a lock, go up to a door that says locked and has a difficulty level on it (Very Easy, Easy, Average, Hard, and Very Hard) If you have enough points in your lock picking skills and you have some bobby pins, you can try to pick it. Pivot the bobby pin and put pressure onto the screwdriver when the bobby pin is in the correct location, and when you push the lock ninety degrees with the screwdriver after messing with the bobby pin, the door will unlock. Now do this 99 more ties for the achievement.
