Ok I just finished the game. I was a nice ruler and at the end it said alot of albion citizens died. I kept going cuz i thought it would give me some time at the end of making dicisions to pay the debt in money. Anyways the problem is theres no more citizens anywhere, no shopkeepers or anything. Do i wait a bit and people start appearing or what?

Eventually, after a long while, people start showing up little by little. The best way to prevent your citizens from dying in the beginning is to save up about 8 million gold in your kingdom treasury. A good way to do that is to buy houses, and rent them, and shops whenever you get the gold enough to. Then as soon as you become ruler, deposit the gold into the treasury as often as possible.
