I believe you are referencing to "the game" quest. As you go through the tabletop dungeon you will be given a sword that is in a chest with a little weird man inside. He gives you a completely ridiculous riddle and you will be given the weapon. The weapon is the barons one weakness. Finish going through the D

u had to use the sword in the chest

If you have the aforementioned 'chest sword' and the baron still wont admit defeat, go into the armory within your sanctuary and equip a regular sword then cycle through and re-equip 'The sword of baron slaying' he should now die with one strike.

I cannot find the sword in my sanctuary because I got the sword but then equipped a different sword and I now cannot find the "baron slaying sword" in my armory
