Unfortunately, you can no longer access the chest in the Chamber of Fate, unless you have Fable II: Limited Edition.

In the beginning, you had to complete the puppet show at fable2.com, but the service has since been discontinued, hence you cannot open the chest. They announced this with the following message "Unfortunately, after almost four years it was time for us to close down the Fable II chest in the Chamber of Fate"

Now with Fable II Limited Edition, if you do have the limited edition you can opened as soon as you reach the Guild. From what I have read on the web, this addition is the only way to open the chest now, though there may be a way to get the items within the chest through downloadable content.

All you have to do for this cheat is to have three abilities and have a mate with you not from xbox live just a normal partner and have him or her go to abilities stok and take away the abilities from your partner exit it and the abilities go to first player and keep on doing it!😎
