You only see her that one time after your killed after you become a Hero.

Yes you may not see her again but I know something cool thats about Rose.
If your dogs got a high enough treasure hunting skill go back to Bowerstone Old Town and find where you lived as a child, well where the building was underneath dog will indicate a dig spot Dig it up and you will get two things A note from rose addressed to you and a poem she write for you if I Remember rightly I think it's pretty cool
