I am trying to do The Costume Party and keep getting stuck at the green water. How do I get through this?

If you put the Hobbe outfin on you can bring a hobbe ghost out of the statue. Lead this hobbe to the cracked block of stone next to where you landed when you jumpped down. The ghost hobbe will destroy the stone, and you find another hobbe ststue. This statue brings a ghost hobbe with stilts. Lead the ghost hobbe to the gree "water" and he will pass and deactivate the green poison.
