Real world or in game time
When you make the 10,000 gold donation to the temple, does the donation have to be 12.00-1.00 PM real world time or in game time

It needs to be between 12:00 PM and 1:00 PM GAME TIME. Check the by hitting pause and going to the menu. Up in the upper right hand corner, the in-game clock should be there. Also, make sure that your quest for donating gold says, "Donate a large amount of money at the holy hour" that's when you should donate the gold for the Rising Sun. If it doesn't say that, donate a small amount of money, and your quest should be updated to include the large donation at the holy hour.
