Question for Eternal Sonata

This is a bit complicated as for what I have to ask. Having Claves joining the party after clearing the Mysterious Unison in beating Annahilator, I went back to Chorus Plains to get the EZI Free Pass from Twilight Juju but instead I got the Rapture head instead. So how do I get into Church EZI for the boss? And how can I have Crescendo and Serenade join my party as well? I hope I don't have to redo the game over a 3rd time as having collecting all the score pieces and EZI items, not to mention having logged roughly 90 hours into my 2nd play through.
