Where can I find Raigar's god orb i/e the god orb that creates a weapon for Raigar?

As long as you already have a god weapon then either find Anubis in the Junk City dessert or Black dragon under the destroyed Yokohama-London city bridge.

Assumeing you already have one, you must either find Anubis in the dessert, Gold Sqaught in the sage's tower, or Black Dragon under the destroyed Yokohama-london city bridge.
