There is no sure fire way to defeat the Lord of earth and this is probably the hardest fight in the game. The most important thing is to use Atsuma's new ex move as it will negate Lord of Earths regeneration and deal around 8000 damage to him. However even then he has a few thousand HP's left and your attacks are nto going to make much of an impact. First and foremost make sure you have some earth type characters in your party Raigar is fantastic here due to his high HP, he is of the earth type and he has the barrier ability to knock a little bit of damage off the lord of Earths attacks. What you need to do is keep Raigar and an earth type golem on the front line while keeping Atsuma and a character with strong long range attacks (and preferably good healing capabilities) behind them. Make sure you are stocked up on all the potions you can carry and just keep on attacking and healing. The battle will take a long time but if you go into the battle with a full ex bar for Atsuma things will be much much easier. The battle will take a ling time but if you just keep healing and attacking eventually you shoudl be able to defeat him.
