Hi I have the ps2 version but I can answer all of your questions anyway, I think that to unlock all the cloths you have to complete the empire mode on normal with an edited character.
To unlock the fourth weapon you have to go on empire mode upgrade all smihing as high as possible and get the person you want to get the fourth weapon to kill 500 enemys in one map altough I found this quite tough so just invade and go straight to the enemy main camp without killing anyone else so that they continuosley respawn. It is a little pointless getting the 4h weapon unles you like doig free play.

Weight heavy- when you hit someone with your weapon it does more damage but then your character is slower
Weight medium- average weight and damage
Weight light- Low damage quick attacks

Evo allows you to do more than 6 attacks in a row only doing ordinary attacks

And I think power gives you more damage

I herd you had to kill 1000 on one lvl with the 3 wepon and make shur the 3 wep is max lvl then you get the 4 one.
