No I have beat Hero mode and you re only able to go SSJ1 as a created character

To be honest ssj2 and ssj3 would not be a big help if you notice ssj1 is just a minor increase and my geuss is that even if ssj3 and 4 were able to use it would just help a little....
But I would of like ssj3 cus of the long hair lol

I completed all three and fully maxed them and no ssj2 or 3 it woulduv been cool though

I just got ss2 and ss3 you have to beat regular story 9 times and hero mode 2 then you get those for your custom hero

basically no but if you get gohans hair and make it gold it can be ssj2 and if you get wild hair make it golden it can be ssj3

You could make your character somewhat of a Pseudo-Super Saiyan 2,using either the Super Saiyan 2 aura,or Super Vegito/Gogeta auras.
