How do you do the pursuit attack, I tryd to follow the instructions on the tutorial but just don't understand the second step. When I pull the right trigger he just stands there powering up or something. The controller setting is on default.
And then my brother hops on and button bashes and does it. Some help would be appreciated.

Is the pursuit attack where he punches threw your stomach if it is hold the right trigger and press y at the same time
The reason he got it from button bashing is that RT needs to be pressed the instant the foe gets sent flying....what I do is tap the up+y/x combo then bash the RT after pressing it once
