You get it at the start remember it is a ultimate atack

I have the game and the super spirit bomb isn't at the begining. Only the regular one.Guest answered:
Complete Goku's Galaxy Mode about 94% then you will get an item called "Everyone's Spirit"equip that then do gokus Ultimate Attack HOPE THIS HELPS!

To get the large and universal spirit bombs you have to unlock the items called bit of spirit and everyone's spirit

Complete galaxy mode of goku you have to get 94% complete and to equip it go to ultimate customize then go to items of goku press one of the slots then find bit of spirit or everyone's spirit hope this helps Search for more answers for Dragon Ball: Raging Blast 2 or ask your own question here.
