I am about 1/2 throught the Game and you onLy get ss3. This is a game bast on Dragon Ball Z
And the Dragon Ball Z movies
SS4 is Dragon Ball GT onLy
So don't think it will be in this game
Look for Dragon Ball raging bLast 3
I know it is in workings
Their is a rumor going on that you can get Goku and Vegeta SSJ4 in Dragon Ball Z Raging Blast 2 if you enhance them last
There is a raging blast 3 coming out sometime this year it's already made in china
