Are the SSJ4's in the game? If so, how do you unlock them?

That is a lie dude goku only goes to ssj3 ssj4 5 6 7 8 9 10 are just a lie

actually depends watch the episodes dragon ball z no ssj4 only goes up to 3 but in gt ssj4 comes out but ssj5 n up are fake but dragon ball ultimate tenkaichi is a new game comeing out october 28th hopefuly with ssj4 it has some gt charichter is all thts known so far but its in the makeing so hope there is one n in dragon ball budakai tenkaichi 2 there is goku n vageta n fuzed ssj4

If you have ever watched DB: GT, SSJ4 is real, and actually in dragonball z Budokai Tenkaichi 3 for PS2, SSJ4 was also available. in RB2, however, I am yet to see a SSJ4, and I highly doubt it is available.

who ever created the game should have just put super sayian 4 goku and vageta in it. if they didnt have any new abilities for them they could have stayed the same becouse the graphics are cool and i thought i would have them on there.

Goku only can go up to ssj3 in raging blast 2 but if you have budokai 3 you can go up to ssj4 in ultimate tenkachi gok can go up to ssj3 but there is a ssj4 gogeta
