Is there a different way to save Isolde and Connor instead of killing her? Thanks for helping.

You have to go to the magi tower and get illyrium crystals

Well, obviously you can use the Blood Magic option to have Isolde die and save Connor, or kill Connor to save Isolde, but if you leave the castle and go to the Circle of Magi you can get some Lyrium Crystals to send someone to the fade without the need for a sacrifice, saving both Connor and Isolde (NOTE: This is only availible if you have not complete "The Broken Circle" or if you sided with the Mages at the end of the quest.)

Also, only Wynne, Jowan, or Morrigan will tell you this course of action is possible, so if Jowan was killed, Morrigan left the party, and if Wynne was killed or left the party, then your only option is to kill Connor.
