The Priest: Use your Devil Bringer to pull yourself up to him, then slash until his shield breaks. Back off, and wait until he starts an attack, then use Devil Bringer to pull yourself up to him, and hit him with your Devil Bringer up close, followed by a few sword slashes to bring him down, then beat him a bit, activate Yamato, and use Devil Bringer. Repeat.
Statue: Wait until he pulls his fist up, then roll. When his fist hits the ground, hit it with your Devil Bringer. When he swings his other hand at you, hit it with your Devil Bringer. Then he'll lean in close. Hit his face with the Devil Bringer to trigger the final Cutscean.

The priest: Grab him and then hit him with the sword, eventually he will fall so you can hit him more.
The statue: Hit it's fists and then the head.
