Dead Rising 2: Case 0-Handlebars
I have found all the pieces of the bike except the handlebars. I think I have searched the entire town 20 times, but have yet to stumble on them, or I missed them. Could some kind soul please help out with this? Thank you.

you have to wait till like 7 and go behing the mall there is a guy there and you have to trade him for handlebars

You need to go talk to the old man on top of the roof. He will tell you that there is two guys over behind the store. Then they ask if you would get a better weapon for them. I beat the guy up and take the bars and move on.

If you want the "Still Creek Savoir" achievement you need to keep him alive. He is behind the department store, (Which is next to the bar where you save Gemini and Fausto) He is using the handlebars as a weapon and wants a broadsword in return for them. The broadsword can be found in the "Bob's fish 'n' hunt" store.
