Ya you have to kill the convicts and you can get the gun off the back of the jeep.

Yeah just go into the outside area where the convicts and the jeep are and defert them, iv'e written a hint on the hints section on how to beat them easily so go and check it out, it's also a very goood weapon !!!

Ya, but watch out, if you do that, the Convicts will respawn the next night.
